As many of you already know, Chad — like nearly 50 million other Americans — does not have health insurance. While the Oregon Health Plan and Medicare may be able to provide some assistance, Chad is accumulating considerable debt while he fights his disease. On top of that, he has been unable to work and earn any income that would normally used to pay his monthly bills (rent, utilities, car payment, student loan debt, etc.).
