Chad and his partner Alina were married today at Good Samaritan Hospital here in Portland, OR. The ceremony was held on the third floor, in the chapel.

The ceremony was performed by the hospital chaplain, Kate, and it was small, sweet affair attended by family and a few nurses. Alina’s mother came up from Denver (her brother Braden has been here in Portland the last month), and Chad’s folks and sister were up from Tucson.

Everybody, please extend your warmest congratulations to both Chad and Alina.

Keep Chad in your thoughts and prayers. He’s still fighting, and will need all the positivity you have to spare.
